Work.
8 out of 10 adults with an intellectual disability in Alabama is unemployed. The Everyday Sunshine Thrift Store provides employment, social skills and purpose for adults living with a disability. Through our partnership the United Way of Morgan County we’ve created “Ready? Set. Work !“- a job skills co-op program for students from three local high schools - Decatur, Austin and West Morgan. When you donate gently used items, you’re providing jobs to this community. YOUR STUFF = JOBS
